Visit Santa 2025 – SOLD OUT
Vandeleur Walled Garden & Visitor Centre in Kilrush will once again transform into a festive wonderland for our annual Santa Experience! Across three weekends (December 6 & 7, 13 & 14, and 20 & 21), families from West Clare and beyond are invited to wander through twinkling lights, festive displays, and a brand-new Tunnel of Light in the historic walled garden. Children can explore Santa’s Post Office in the Glasshouse, where they’ll write and decorate their letters before posting them straight to the North Pole. The highlight, of course, is a one-to-one visit with Santa Claus in his enchanting grotto. Children’s tickets are €25 and adults’ are €10.

Winter Art Exhibition
Join us for a weekend of art at the Vandeleur Walled Garden and Visitor Centre during our Winter Art Exhibition. From Saturday, December 13th, to Sunday, December 14th, we are delighted to feature the works of two talented, local artists: Hazel Murray and Ailish Malone. Adding to the festive atmosphere, the exhibition coincides with our much-loved, annual Christmas Market, making this an ideal seasonal outing for families, art lovers, and anyone searching for memorable things to do in Kilrush, West Clare.
